Customer Service

Customer service is my priority. By customising your treatment each and every visit your experience will be as unique and special as you. My expertise is guaranteed and services provided will aim to exceed your expectations. Robes, slippers fresh beverages are always available for your comfort.

Cancellation policy

As a courtesy to The Skin Shed and to other customers, 48 hours of cancellation is necessary or a 100% charge of the total cost of treatments will be required. Thank you for your consideration.

Booking

Treatments are available by appointment only. Please allow an extra 15 minutes for face and body treatments for your consultation and product prescription.Please note -late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.

Late arrival

Please note if you arrive late for your appointment your treatment may have to be cut short to avoid interrupting the next clients treatment at the booked full treatment cost.

Please arrive on time to avoid this.

Eyelash tinting/extensions

A patch test and consultation will be required a minimum of 24 hours prior to treatment.

Courses

Please note courses must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable and non transferable.

Loyalty Scheme

At The Skin Shed we really appreciate client loyalty and offer all clients a FREE 15 minute Chillout add on treatment of your choice after 6 treatments as our way of showing our appreciation of your business.

The Skin Shed reserves the right to refuse to carry out treatments on any clients at our discretion.

Clean Touch Certified

For your peace of mind following Covid-19 I have completed a health certification that includes extra guidelines in addition to our high medical standards of hygiene already in place. As human touch is so important on a deep level, I want you to feel safe to be touched. Please rest assured that your treatment is in a clean and safe environment.
